Do you run a brew pub and want someone to come and help with running your brew kit and let you focus on running the bar? I can help. I have experience with a range of different brew kits. My approach is to offer a familiarisation day at 75% of my normal day rate, when you can bring me up to speed with the features and niggles of your kit and after that I can come in on a day rate basis to make your recipes for you.

Are you short of brewing staff because of holidays or sickness? Do you want short term cover for just a few days / a day a week / a few weeks? Again I am able to help on a contract day rate basis. After a reduced price familiarisation day I can come and brew for you as and when needed with no long term commitment. You’ll find me someone with an excellent attention to detail and desire to follow your normal methods to ensure the consistency of your beer is maintained.
